Returns & Exchanges

At Bench, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
